• Qualifications
• Proven experience in home care or community support roles.
• Valid driving license and ability to travel within the local area.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Basic IT skills for documentation purposes.
• Knowledge of care planning processes is advantageous.
• Prior experience working in a care home environment is a plus but not essential.
