We are looking for compassionate, reliable and dedicated Care Assistants to join our growing community care team.

Working across Wincanton, Templecombe and the surrounding areas, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes, helping them to maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life.

About the role

As a Community Care Assistant, you will support clients with a range of care and everyday living needs. This may include personal care, medication support, meal preparation, companionship and helping clients remain independent in their own homes.
