Requirements

? No experience in Care? None necessary! We would welcome applications from candidates that have worked in Retail, Hospitality, Beauty, Childcare and similar settings. Full structured training provided.

? Valid driving license and ability to drive.

? Right to work in the UK is essential.

? Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to listen actively and respond empathetically

? Ability to follow detailed care plans accurately and responsibly

? Basic IT skills for maintaining records and updating documentation electronically

? Strong interpersonal skills with a caring attitude and patience when supporting others

? Flexibility to work various shifts including alternate weekends.

Responsibilities

? Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to ensure comfort and safety

? Support individuals in creating and following personalised care plans tailored to their specific needs

? Provide companionship and emotional support to foster a positive environment

? Maintain accurate records of care provided, including updates on health status and any changes observed

? Communicate effectively with team members, family members, and healthcare professionals to coordinate care efforts

? Accompany clients to appointments, social activities, or errands as needed (where applicable)

? Ensure all health and safety protocols are followed diligently during every interaction
