About the role:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Home Care Assistants to join our team! In this vital role, you will provide personalized care and support to clients in their own homes, helping them maintain independence and improve their quality of life. Your positive attitude and excellent communication skills will make a real difference every day.
Care varies from day to day, but you can regularly expect to:
- Meet, know and understand each client's individual needs and provide personalised care tailored to their bespoke care plans
- Assist clients with daily activities such as personal hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation
- Support clients with medication reminders and health monitoring as required
- Maintain client's health with meal preparation and nutrition delivery
- Maintain clear and accurate records of care provided using our new and exciting systems
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- Promote a safe environment by adhering to health and safety guidelines at all times
What we're looking for:
- A kind heart
- Valid driving license with reliable access to a vehicle for home visits
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and with the team
- Strong communication skills with a caring, empathetic approach
