We have a number of clients waiting for support, and to make life easier for our staff we group clients into postcode areas - so your client visits are close together, often just 3–5 minutes apart, sometimes even less! This means less time on the road, lower fuel costs, and a working day that's organised and manageable rather than spent driving between far-flung calls. It also means you'll see the same regular clients, so you can build real relationships and genuinely get to know the people you support.

As a Care Support Worker, your day may include personal care, medication support, meal preparation, companionship, and helping clients stay safe, comfortable and independent in their own homes - always with dignity at the centre of what we do.

We are looking for someone kind, compassionate, reliable and punctual, with good communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others. Previous care experience is welcomed, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn matter just as much.

Essential requirements:

• Support Worker experience: 2 years
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Right to work in the United Kingdom
