We’re now looking for an experienced and compassionate Registered Care Manager to join our growing team and play a key role in shaping the future of our service.

?? THE ROLE

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who is organised, people-focused and passionate about delivering outstanding care.

You’ll oversee the delivery of our services, lead and support our care team, maintain regulatory compliance and ensure our clients consistently receive safe, effective and high-quality care.

?? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments and regular reviews
• Develop, implement and monitor personalised care plans
• Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and company policies
• Carry out quality assurance visits and service audits
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date care records
• Build strong relationships with clients, families and healthcare professionals
• Lead, support and motivate care staff
• Drive continuous improvement across the service
• Promote a positive culture centred around quality, dignity and person-centred care

?? WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for someone who has:

? Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care – essential
? Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care – achieved or working towards
? Proven experience in domiciliary/home care management
? Strong knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory compliance
? Excellent organisational and communication skills
? Previous leadership and team management experience
? A compassionate, professional and client-focused approach
