Role Purpose
Reporting to the Care Manager, the Field Care Supervisor will support the day-to-day running of care services in the community. You will carry out client reviews, supervise care staff, and ensure high standards of care and compliance across the service.

• Morning shifts from 7 am, Evening shifts until 10 pm, including alternate weekends. Participation in the on-call rota.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the operations team with the onboarding for ongoing management of all clients and care staff, incl, care assessments, supervisions.

• You will regularly visit clients in the community to ensure they feel safe, supported and happy with their care.

• Provide high-quality care in accordance with our policies and procedures

• Maintain accurate records in line with CQC and company standards

• Promote safeguarding, confidentiality, health & safety at all times

• Participate in the on-call rota
