No previous care experience required - full training provided!

We will support you throughout your journey, providing comprehensive training, ongoing guidance and the opportunity to develop the skills and confidence you need to deliver high-quality care.

The £250 referral bonus will be paid once the new employee has successfully completed their probationary period. Has completed at least six months of employment with Faiths Care.

Current shifts available

We currently have opportunities across a range of shifts, including:

• Morning & Lunches Shifts: 6:00am 1:30pm
• Teas & Beds: 3:00pm 10:00pm
• Alternate weekends are required
