Care Assistant

We are looking for compassionate, reliable and caring individuals to join our team of Carers, supporting people to remain safe, independent and comfortable in their own homes.

Full-time and part-time opportunities are available across Oxford and the surrounding areas. Previous care experience is welcomed but isn't essential, as full training will be provided.

What you'll be doing:

• Providing high-quality, person-centred care and support
• Supporting clients with personal care, dressing and personal hygiene
• Providing medication prompts and mobility support
• Preparing meals and supporting good nutrition
• Helping with light household tasks, laundry and shopping
• Encouraging independence, dignity, choice and wellbeing
• Building positive relationships with clients and their families
• Monitoring and reporting changes in clients' wellbeing
• Maintaining accurate care records

What we're looking for:

We're looking for people who are kind, dependable and genuinely want to make a difference. You'll need good communication skills and a respectful, person-centred approach to care.

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required for this role.
