Job Summary
Are you able to promote service users' independence in their own homes and perform some outdoor activities? We provide a reliable, personal service which meets the individual needs of service users, such as personal, social and enabling care and support in the Fulwood, Preston area.
You should be able to:
• To provide the highest quality care to service users in their own homes in accordance with their Care Plan, in a person-centred approach.
• To undertake a range of tasks to cover personal care, domestic/practical tasks, and enabling and support work
• To assist with Personal care, which includes washing, dressing, bathing, toileting, and medication prompting/monitoring.
Skills / Qualifications
- NVQ qualification preffered
- Mandatory care training preffered
- Understanding the Role of a carer is essential.
