Home Care Worker (Mental Health)

We are seeking a compassionate, reliable and motivated Home Care Worker to join RJN Care Solutions, supporting adults with mental health needs in their own homes across Hertfordshire and West Essex.

As a values-driven, nurse-led organisation, we provide person-centred, emotionally intelligent care that empowers individuals to live safely, independently and with dignity. You will work closely with service users, families and professionals to deliver high-quality support tailored to each person’s needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalised support to adults with mental health needs in their own homes

• Promote independence, wellbeing and recovery

• Support with daily living tasks, routines and community engagement

• Administer or prompt medication in line with training and care plans

• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the wider care team

• Work in a safe, respectful and professional manner at all times
