Healthcare Assistant

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistants to join our growing team supporting clients across Cambridgeshire and West Norfolk area. We have immediate capacity for new packages and are looking for reliable staff who are committed to delivering high?quality, person?centred care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support in line with individual care plans

• Assist with daily living tasks, including mobility, nutrition, and hygiene

• Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing

• Accurately record and report care activities using electronic care management systems

• Work collaboratively with the wider care team, families, and healthcare professionals

• Maintain compliance with safeguarding, confidentiality, and GDPR requirements

Requirements

• Enhanced DBS (Adults and Children Workforce) – or willingness to obtain

• Care Certificate (preferred)

• Mandatory Training: Moving & Handling, Safeguarding Level 2, Infection Control, First Aid, Food Hygiene

• Right to Work in the UK

• Two verified references

• Full UK driving licence and must own a car

• A caring, professional, and reliable approach to work

• Ability to travel within cambridgeshire and surrounding areas
