Job Title: Registered Manager

Location: Nottinghamshire

Salary: £30,000 – £34,000 per annum (Depending on Experience)

Hours: Full-time, Permanent (37.5 - 40 hours per week)

Reports To: Nominated Individual / Director

We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and compassionate Registered Manager to lead our service, maintain outstanding regulatory standards, and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Regulatory Compliance: Act as the Registered Manager with regulatory bodies (CQC/Ofsted), ensuring full compliance with all statutory standards, legislation, and organizational policies.
• Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of care professionals, fostering a positive workplace culture, high morale, and continuous professional development.
• Person-Centred Care: Oversee care planning, risk assessments, and reviews to ensure care delivered is safe, effective, and tailored to individual needs.
• Safeguarding & Quality Assurance: Lead on all safeguarding matters, conduct routine quality audits, and manage incidents or complaints promptly and effectively.
• Operational Management: Oversee staff scheduling, recruitment, training matrices, and daily service operations to ensure financial and operational efficiency.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong working relationships with local authorities, health professionals, families, and commissioners.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or management role within a regulated social care setting (Domiciliary Care, Supported Accommodation, or Residential Care).
• Qualifications: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards/equivalent qualification).
• Knowledge: In-depth understanding of CQC regulations, safeguarding procedures, quality assurance, and person-centred care planning.
• Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Vehicle: Full UK Driving Licence with access to a reliable vehicle for work purposes.
