• Building meaningful relationships with the people you support

What we're looking for

• A caring heart and a positive attitude

• Reliability, compassion and a genuine passion for helping others

• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle – essential

• Weekend availability – essential

• Great communication skills and a team-player attitude
