Duties
- Provide compassionate personal care to clients, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Administer medication as prescribed and ensure adherence to medication schedules.
- Assist with mobility and heavy lifting when necessary to help clients move safely.
- Engage in behaviour management techniques to support clients with specific needs.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance the well-being of clients.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping tasks.
- Drive clients to appointments or social activities as required.
- Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to appropriate personnel.

Skills / Qualifications
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of previous care is advantageous.
- Strong skills in patient care and behaviour management.
- Experience working in nursing homes or home care settings is beneficial.
- A valid driving licence is essential for visits to clients homes.
- Compassionate nature with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
