Franchise Quality Monitoring Report 2019

Today we got our results back from our annual quality audit and inspection from head office.

We are so thrilled to say we scored a massive 96 per cent. This was based on our care planning, staffing, training and the way we run the business behind the scenes including feedback from both customers and staff.

We would like to say a huge thank you to all of our wonderful employees who go the extra mile in their role.

This includes our care assistants out in the field, our management team and all the way up to our directors.

Everyone has such an important role in ensuring our customers get the best possible care and we couldn't do it without every single one of you.
