My father has been receiving home care from Bluebird Care for approximately 2 months now and I am very happy with the service provided so far. All the carers have been lovely with my elderly dad who has mixed dementia. They have arrived within the requested time frame and completed the tasks requested by the family ie prepare his evening meal, make a hot drink and spend time encouraging him to eat and have a chat. They have shown initiative for example helped remind him how to use the tv remote and left the kitchen clean and tidy. I have the need had to contact the office on several occasions and have always had a prompt reply and supportive response. It's been a very positive experience so far.
Thank you for review of the care provided for dad. We are glad that you are happy with the care provided.
Bluebird have been an excellent company when it comes to caring for my grandma, they meet all of her care needs consistently, and are always very empathetic and kind towards her. Nothing is too much to ask of them! Their visits are always on time and they have an excellent online documentation platform that allows all the family to access her notes so we know exactly what has taken place during the visit. Would highly recommend them.
Thank you for your review of the care for Grandma, it is a pleasure to care for her and support you and your family!
Staff very friendly and caring. They help my son and he enjoys their visits.
Thank you for your review. We are glad that you find the carers friendly and caring! We are also extremely happy to hear that your son enjoys the carers visits.
After less than satisfactory care from a previous provider, the standard of care my mum received from Bluebird was excellent. Right from the beginning they listened to our concerns. The office staff were always helpful and polite and nothing was ever too much trouble. All the carers who helped to look after Mum were very friendly and did 'care' and actually did feel like 'friends'. Mum loved to have a chat with them and they helped to brighten up her day. The communication between the caregivers and office staff was very good and the ability to use an app to view details of each visit was invaluable. Bluebird Care is a company I'd highly recommend to everyone.
Thank you for your kind words. It has been a pleasure to not only care for mum but to provide support to you all as a family over the years. I will be sure to feedback your review to mums care team!
Over the past couple of weeks my uncle has been slowly getting frail but his is 101 years old. Bluebird has noticed this and have adjusted his care to meet his new needs. The have also been in contact with with me to let me know as his needs change and what they thought his new requirements needed. Can not thank them enough for all the have done.

Staff are fantastic with mum. They all treat her with dignity and respect and offer encouragement in making her own choices and promote independence in things she is able to do for herself. Really great team!

Bluebird have helped us keep my mum living in her own home. They provide a great service. Their carers are professional and caring, going up and beyond. Which in turn give our family satisfaction knowing our mum is cared for and safe in her own home.

In her late 90s, things were getting tough at home but this service has helped her stay in her own home and is providing reassurance to my brother and I that she is safe and cared for.
Thank you for the review of the care provided to Mum. It is a pleasure to be able to support your mum in staying at home and also providing reassurance for you and your brother.
The staff member allocated to my mam has been wonderful from the start and the assurance I get before and after each weekly visit is tremendous. The particular requirements (call 10 minutes beforehand) really help and the relationship is very positive and caring.
Thank you for your review! It has been a pleasure getting to know yourself and Mum and arranging the care plan to ensure that you both feel supported. We are so happy to hear that you feel reassured by the weekly visits!
The management team, supervisors, carers and all the staff are a pleasure to deal with and always treat my dad and I with the utmost respect.
On two occasions in June and covering several days, I needed some evening "sits" and night "waking sits" for my dad at very short notice. Bluebird Care, once again, provided carers to cover these sits and I felt relaxed leaving my dad in their capable hands.
Most importantly, my dad was happy and comfortable with the carers who provided first-rate care.
Thank you for your review, Paul. It has been a pleasure as always supporting both you and Dad. We look forward to being a part of your support system in the future.
We have had this care provider coming up to three months. Although they are still familiarising themselves with Mum and her care needs, they are looking after her extremely well. Customer Service, Supervisors and the organisation is very efficient.
Thank you for your lovely review! We are glad that you are happy with the service that is being provided.
He is happy with the carers who visit and on several occasions, I have been with him when a carer has arrived and I have found them all very nice people.

Thank you for your lovely review! We are glad that you are happy with the care provided for your dad.
My experience is that the staff work hard at building up a rapport with clients, getting to know their interests and experiences. Living some distance from St Helens, the daily updates are full of detail, putting my mind at rest. When required to speak to the office, the staff are knowledgeable and demonstrate a desire to put the client’s best interests at the centre of any resolution. Overall, very impressed with Bluebird Care St Helens.
Thank you very much for your kind words, Michael. We are so glad to hear that you think so highly of our service.
We started using Bluebird Care in October 2023 when my grandfather's health started to decline. They have been very accommodating with care call changes. They are more than happy to complete anything that my grandad requires, they are very observant with his needs and will inform us of any problems he may have. My grandad also adores all his carers and says they are always happy, smiley and love a good chat. Couldn't be happier with them as a care company.
Thank you for your lovely review. It has been a pleasure to support Grandad and the family through this period. We look forward to continuing support for you all.
Following a crisis in my mum's home (leaking roof) the Bluebird Care St Helens were magnificent in arranging to go round to my mum's home and reassure her that things would be fixed (this happened on a Sunday evening). Also arranged to keep her company until a family member could come to her house to be with her. Living over two hours away I could not thank Bluebird Care St Helens enough for "going the extra mile" and providing reassurance.
Thank you for your review. We are glad to be able to help and provide reassurance to both you and mum during a time of need! We hope all is going well and are here if you need any support in the future.
