Bluebird Care prides itself on keeping people happy and safe in the comfort of their own homes.

The company is a leading UK provider of care and support at home. It has been operating since 2004 and has established a reputation for delivering unbeatable high-quality care across the community.

Bluebird Care St Helens is an award-winning company that offers an extensive range of support starting from 30-minute visits up to 24-hour support including assistance with personal care, companionship and outings, medication administration, domestic duties and much more.

They offer live in care services and short term respite packages. Their compassionate, cheery, highly-trained team ensures each and every customer is listened to, cared for and continues to live the life they wish whilst working alongside other health professionals to ensure needs are met.

Live-in care support is also offered to provide an alternative to a residential home, so that the customer can remain within the familiarity of their own home but with full-time support and companionship, including the social aspects of eating a meal together and social outings.

It is the attention to detail that makes the difference and Bluebird Care enables people to have the choice to remain at home rather than moving to residential care. With the extra support, many people have benefited from an improvement in the quality of their lives and the opportunity to continue to do the things that they enjoy. Family members can relax, and even go away, knowing that their loved one is well cared for.

Thank you to all the carers that helped to look after my late mother during her final days. I am grateful for all your kindness and the support you gave Mum. It was Mum's wish that she could die in her own home. It was because of the help from Bluebird that we as a family were able to fulfil this wish.
I appreciate it more than I can say. I am very grateful for everything the carers did. They were all very friendly, professional, caring and supportive. They always treated Mum with dignity and respect. The care provided by Bluebird was of the highest standard, reliable and always trustworthy. As a family, we have nothing but praise for the care and support we received. A big thank you to all of the carers who provided care for her.

We have used Bluebird care services for the last couple of years for my mum who has dementia. We mostly have a lovely, positive lady who is mum's main carer and I can't say enough good things about this dedicated carer. She is always bubbly and friendly but more impressive - she often goes over and
above her duties to make sure my mum is as well as she can be and is comfortable and not anxious before she leaves, even though she is rushed to get everything done in the time allocated.

Not all carers are as dedicated and thorough as mum's carer which is why she is worth her weight in gold. She is a great ambassador for the Bluebird brand and I hope we will continue to have her as my mum's carer in the future.

Thank you for your review and lovely comments. We are pleased to hear that you are happy with the services provided by us and are glad you are happy with your overall team of carers and one in particular. We would love to discuss your comments further regarding 'even though she is rushed' as we would like to understand this better. We will be in touch. Again, lovely to hear such lovely feedback. Thank you Bluebird Care St Helens.

In my experience, this service has been professionally delivered by the staff, clearly committed to their roles and tasks. My youngest daughter arranged for me to have this service (she is a social worker) that Bluebird Care St Helens has a good reputation for deliver of service, her confidence has
proved fully justified.

I have found this company to be excellent, In the years they have been coming to my father they have been on time, very friendly and always call me if there are any changes. They do frequent checks on my father's medication. Using this agency gives me peace of mind as I know my father is well looked
after. I can't thank them enough. All the staff, office and the carers themselves are brilliant. Thank you.

Very impressed. All the carers treat my mum with respect, help her retain some dignity and show huge empathy. All the carers are excellent, but one, in particular, goes above and beyond and my mum trusts her particularly. The management team are helpful and always have time for our questions and provide
useful advice. Bluebird's support has made a difficult, upsetting situation, bearable for us.

We have had a good experience all round except a few teething problems. The care is very new to us as we did not need it previously. I find my father enjoys the company despite having Alzheimer's and doesn't know the girl's names. He has had a good experience at night time care due to the ladies giving
him a laugh. The only negative I have is I do not get a manifest of what has been prescribed that day since it is done on a mobile. That bit is a little frustrating. Wipes are being overly used and I run out too quickly.

Thank you for your lovely review. With regard to the wipes, we hope that we have already solved this issue in recent weeks but we would be happy to give you a call about this.
