Statement from Your Homecare Provider Ltd

Dear reader,

We are delighted to announce our domiciliary service is now live within the local community; we are currently supporting a number of individuals over the age of 18 years with all aspects of their daily living needs to enable them to remain in their own home safe and well.

Your Homecare Provider Ltd provides support to the following groups:

- Alzheimer's

- Palliative Care

- Parkinson's Disease

- Stroke

- Multiple Sclerosis

- Learning Disabilities

- Visual Impairment

- Speech Impairment

- Respite Care

- Mental Health Needs

- Physical Disabilities

- Autism

Some of the activities which Your Homecare Provider Ltd care workers can support include:

- Help with personal care and hygiene

- Help with getting up and going to bed

- Prompting, assisting or administering prescribed medication

- Preparing meals and/or helping at mealtimes

- Banking and collecting finances with customers

- Collecting and returning medication from pharmacies/dispensing GP surgeries

- Laundry

- Domestic cleaning for or with the customer

- Support with social activities

- Making and attending appointment with customers

- Planning one to one activities

- Budgeting

- Preparing shopping lists

- Supporting the learning of daily living skills

- Holidays and day trips

- Signpost and support integration with other community projects

- Support with completing important documentation for benefits and health care needs

We also aim to have an emergency referral process to prevent admissions into hospital and enable early discharges that will be available outside of normal office hours. Additionally, we looking forward to work in partnership with other health care professionals, and our NHS colleagues to reduce the use of acute hospital beds and provide care services within the individuals own home.

As you can see from the above address our office is located in an ideal location within Beeston and we can provide services in the Broxtowe Borough, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, Derby, Derbyshire and Leicestershire areas.
