July is Good Care Month, a time to recognise the vital work of care professionals and to think about what good care really means. At Vitale, we believe that good care is about more than practical support. We have built our care based on trust. We’ve shaped our care services by incorporating strong values. And our focus has always been on helping our clients live with dignity in the comfort of their own homes.
Care at Home: Good Care Begins with the Right People
At the heart of every good care experience is a compassionate, skilled care professional. That is why we prioritise the well-being of our Care professionals. Offering above-average pay, regular training, and ongoing support. When carers feel respected and valued, they are better equipped to provide thoughtful, consistent care.
Care that Puts Clients First
Every person’s needs are different, which is why personalised care is essential. Our process begins with a complimentary in-home assessment, during which we gather information about your daily routines, interests, health conditions, and what matters most to you and your family.
From this, we create a care plan that we tailor to you. We review and update this regularly, and as your circumstances change. This flexible approach helps ensure that your care at home remains focused on you, whether we provide companionship, personal care, or more specialised support.
Our personalised approach means you are supported by someone who knows your routine, understands your preferences, and notices the little things that make a big difference.
Supporting Families Every Step of the Way
We believe in including families in a loved one’s care journey. With your permission, we can offer family members access to our secure digital system, allowing them to view care notes, schedules, and updates.
We are also transparent about costs from the beginning. Our hourly rate for care at home starts at £34 per hour, with bespoke quotes for live-in or 24-hour care. We do not believe in hidden charges; we offer honest and transparent pricing
Choosing Care That Reflects Your Values
Good Care Month reminds us that quality care is about much more than ticking boxes. It’s about treating people with respect, supporting their independence, and making each day as good as it can be. If you are considering care at home for yourself or a loved one, we are here to help. Contact us to schedule a complimentary home assessment and discover how we can support you and your family.
