My husband was diagnosed with vascular dementia 2 years ago. I contacted Vitale Care who have been amazing helping to advise us on support groups. Completed a mass of forms to help with financial support for his care. Their support has been a life saver for me. My husband sees a career on a weekly basis which enables me to have the time I need to charge my batteries. I cannot praise Vitale and all their staff for the support they have given us and I know that as time goes by and my husband needs increase I have the support we will need going forward. Thank you Vitale you are amazing and always there 24/7.

Very impressed with initial contact and subsequent interview. Delighted with our carer, Sophie. She is very mature, tactful and kind. She also possesses boundless energy. She helps us to keep the house clean and helps Nuala with intimate personal care and dressing. We are very fond of her!

After my Grandmother had a fall me and my dad realised she needed some care. We called Vitale and had an imediate response, and lovely ladies come for a chat. They have cared for her amazingly eversince. We all feel safe when she is with Vitale. I have never seen my Grandmother so happy.

Overall Experience

Vitale have cared for my father over a year now. He is in early stages of dementia and gets confused and upset. The carers put him at ease and calm him down. They look after him without patronising him and let him enjoy the independence he still has, only stepping in when required. Vitale are a godsend. I trust them wholeheartedly and don't know what we'd do without them.

Overall Experience
Vitale Care have been wonderful, they care
for my sister who was struggling with
dementia.
Since the carers have been coming 3 times a day it has changed her life.

She is now getting out to the shops and has even joined a local group for bingo.

I feel so much better now I know that someone is making sure she is eating properly and giving some structure each day.

Overall Experience

My experience of Vitale home care services has been excellent. From making my first initial contact with them they have been very helpful, adaptable and responsive to my changing needs. I use Vitale carers whenever I need to provide care for my mother and cannot be there myself (short breaks, holidays) and every carer without exception, have been reliable, caring and supportive. My mum enjoys their visits and has felt safe and happy in my absence.

We have been using Vitale for 2 years for my wife's care and have found them caring, kind and supportive to the whole family for all our needs. They do not rush the visits and are very professional and complete the tasks with dignity. We would highly recommend.

I am very impressed with the service you offer, I did not know what to expect at first so was a little apprehensive. However, all the carers were very good, kind and willing. I would have liked to have had more consistency in the time slots, but realise this is not always possible. I have used other home care companies in the past, but theres absolutely no comparison to Vitale. I shall continue to use you for as long as I need.

My husband says everything is going well and they look after his needs. If occasionally when I am not at home most of your Carers know his routine and make sure he has been well looked after and safe to leave. On two occasions I have requested that my Husband would prefer a call not before 8.30a.m but recently they have been 8.15a.m. I don't know if this can be avoided.

Overall Experience

My review is for the whole of our experiences with my Dad for over a year now. Everyone I have met, spoken to on the phone and read out on the app has taken my Dad to their heart and looked after him as if he was one of their own. Dad had become lonely and isolated and began to forget to look after himself as well as his home, which he has lived in for more than 60 years. Moving him somewhere else just isn't an option currently and Vitale Care have stepped up each time his needs have altered, long may that continue. Thank you all for the peace of mind you have given me and the care that you have shown my Dad.
