Over all time Vitale Care has 34 reviews.
My review is for the whole of our experiences with my Dad for over a year now. Everyone I have met, spoken to on the phone and read out on the app has taken my Dad to their heart and looked after him as if he was one of their own. Dad had become lonely and isolated and began to forget to look after himself as well as his home, which he has lived in for more than 60 years. Moving him somewhere else just isn't an option currently and Vitale Care have stepped up each time his needs have altered, long may that continue. Thank you all for the peace of mind you have given me and the care that you have shown my Dad.
Thank you for such a lovely review. We love supporting your dad everyday and its great to see him thrive with the carers support. Thank you for also being so supportive and working with us every step of the way as it makes such a difference.
I am very happy with my carers. They are kind, caring and professional. So easy to talk to.
Thank you for your lovely review. We are so happy to hear feedback on how you are getting on. Our carers enjoy visiting and supporting you each week.
The roster that I receive via text message seems to change. I have had about 10 different staff to those named on the roster so I am expecting somebody then somebody different or new turns up. Appointments before noon are not good, there seem to have got earlier.
Thank you for your review, I am sorry to hear that things are not working well for you. I will take a look over your roster and arrange a review to ensure that we can rectify any issues that you have. Always know that you can contact our office team at any time with concerns that you may have. We would always be happy to help.
I have found the staff friendly and easy to talk to. They leave me to be as independent as possible but will help me when and where necessary. I appreciate any new ideas from the staff and ways to improve my well-being. On balance, many of the staff exceed my expectations and go beyond their call of duty. I am really grateful for this and wish to pass on my thanks and appreciation.
Thank you for your review, it is great to hear that you are encouraged to remain independent and that new ideas are suggested to help you. We always try to go that extra mile when supporting clients and we would be delighted to pass on your thanks and appreciation to the team that supports you.
My mother is very satisfied with the care she receiving. Staff are very caring and hardworking. Your service exceeds our expectations and above all is enabling her to stay in her home and be independent, which as her daughter is very important to me and all family members.
Thank you for such a lovely review. We are so happy to hear that our Vitale team are enabling your mother to remain at home and continue being independent. This is everything that we always set out to work towards and we are incredibly proud of the work our carers do on a daily basis. We look forward to continuing to support your mother.
We have decided to continue using Vitale for Mum's care needs on an ongoing basis. Couldn't be happier.
Thank you to everyone on the team.
We are so glad to hear that your mums live-in care experience has been so positive. It has been great liaising with you and we look forward to supporting your mum full time.
I am a client/service user of Vitale Care. I have autism and social anxiety, which has caused me to be chronically housebound all of my adult life. Vitale Care has been a lifeline for me, to help me interact with society, achieve more, and to help me live independently. Support has helped me get outside more in my support sessions work on my confidence and do activities. I find Vitale Care staff very caring, supportive, and kind. I much prefer Vitale Care, to other care providers that I have been with in the past. Their ethos and positive attitude towards care make a big difference to me, and I do feel like they are always there to help me. I am very happy to receive support from Vitale Care, and I would wholeheartedly recommend to others who have a care need, to definitely consider Vitale Care. After experiencing some poor care providers in the past, Vitale Care has renewed my faith in care and has helped me become more positive about life, and I'm very grateful for that.
Thank you so much for your kind words, I am so happy that we have been able to make a positive impact on your life.
The Vitale team have been absolutely amazing. They are completely professional with care, kindness and sensitivity to my aged mother, allowing her dignity at this very difficult time in her life. Nothing is too much trouble and I would say they go above and beyond the call of duty. When they found my mother on the floor from a fall, they called the paramedics, waited with her until their arrival, and then stayed with her throughout the examination. The Vitale team kept us informed every step of the way. I have no hesitation in recommending Vitale. Thank you the Vitale team.
It is a pleasure to support your mother. Her kind nature and the positive way she has been coping with her increasing health needs are an inspiration. She is always smiling even through the difficult times she has faced recently. Thank you for your review and we will ensure your comments are passed...
I started using Vitale Care for my father who has dementia, he is forgetting to eat and drink water. He seems very happy with the lovely chats and the reminders to eat and take his medication. The app system for each visit is such a huge relief to be able to read that he is ok. We have a few issues and the carer is so helpful, understanding and constructive with ideas. The whole process has been much better than I thought.
Hi Jo, Thank you for your lovely review. It's great to hear the feedback that we are able to help with new ideas to support your father. All of our clients are different and we truly believe that a bespoke care package brings out the best in our clients and we are there for every step of their journeys with us.
Punctual, reliable and advised me in advance if a rota change was necessary.
Would definitely recommend it.
Hi Catherine, Thank You for your lovely review it means the world to all of us at Vitale. We are glad to have been able to make a difference.
Our carer has made a huge difference to my mother's quality of life. My mother looks forwards to her carer's visits. The carer's care, cooking and sense of humour has been a huge boost to my mum's well-being and we know she is being well looked after.
Hello, thank you for your review and we are glad our carer is making a difference to your mum's well-being. I know our carer enjoys and looks forward to each visit.
I would recommend Vitale, without any hesitation at all, to anyone thinking about getting a home care provider.
Thank you to everyone at Vitale for everything you do.
Hello Lesley, fantastic that your mum is enjoying her visits with us. We love visiting and listening to her stories of times past and engaging in her interests and hobbies. We really value your feedback. Thank you.
I can’t praise Vitale highly enough. This is the second agency we have used for housekeeping help for my elderly mother and the experience and quality of staff have surpassed anything we have experienced previously. There is a huge advantage in recruiting locally for local clients. Familiarity of the local area, shops, doctor’s surgery, garden centres etc. is so helpful. In a relatively rural area, having car owners/drivers is also a great benefit. The office staff listened carefully to the needs of my mother and matched a carer extremely successfully. We look forward to a long and supportive relationship with Vitale which, in turn, enriches my mother’s life. Thank you very much to everyone working for Vitale.
Thank you so much for your review and kind words. We fully believe that matching the right care professional to our clients makes a huge difference all round. We are glad that you feel this is making a difference too and we also look forward to a long and supportive relationship with you and your mother.
Thank you.
Thank you so much for a lovely review. We love supporting your father, he brings such joy to our day.

I have worked as a care manager for over 11 years. I am passionate about delivering quality care and enforcing a fair working environment. I am excited by the development Vitale offers to all colleagues and the opportunity to shape the care world into something unique and positive.
Outside of work, I enjoy visiting new places, travelling and spending time with family and friends.
You can often find me tagging along with my partner, watching some sort of motor sport.
I have worked in care since I was 18 and have always had a love for helping people. I have had many jobs in the care industry and know exactly what it is like to be a carer and be out on the road all day. I work hard to maintain an honest, open working relationship with all my colleagues so they feel they can come to me with any roster issues.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, going for walks with my dog and going out for dinner.
I have worked in Operational Management for over 15 years, both in the private and charitable sectors. I’m passionate about employee wellbeing, Learning and Development, and ensuring the workplace is an open and supportive environment.
I manage recruitment and onboarding, so I will probably be one of the first people you meet as a new colleague at Vitale Care. I will continue to support you during your career at Vitale with any of your HR requirements.
Outside of work, I’m usually busy running around after my three children. We enjoy family camping trips, walks or bike rides and being at the beach, whatever the weather!

I qualified as a pharmacy technician and worked within the NHS for many years. I helped care for my sister, who suffered from MS, so I am very passionate that anyone who suffers from MS should not be misunderstood.
I am enjoying my new challenge and am always wanting to learn more. The carers within Vitale are all passionate about their role, and this makes my position more enjoyable and rewarding.
When not working, my main passion is Formula One as I am a real petrol head. I also love hosting parties, especially themed ones and spending valuable time with family and friends.
I have worked in the care industry all my career, managing people with all different conditions. I really enjoy helping and giving back to people.
I’m passionate about learning new skills and developing my career.
I always like to be busy and, on the go, the more pressure the better.
You will usually find me where the sun is; if there's no sun, you’ll find me hiding indoors watching a series.
I have worked in leadership teams for over 25 years, and I am passionate about developing and supporting our colleagues to enable them to be the very best they can be.
I want people to be proud of being part of a great company.
Outside of work, I enjoy cycling and taking my daughter to sailing events.
