My review is for the whole of our experiences with my Dad for over a year now. Everyone I have met, spoken to on the phone and read out on the app has taken my Dad to their heart and looked after him as if he was one of their own. Dad had become lonely and isolated and began to forget to look after himself as well as his home, which he has lived in for more than 60 years. Moving him somewhere else just isn't an option currently and Vitale Care have stepped up each time his needs have altered, long may that continue. Thank you all for the peace of mind you have given me and the care that you have shown my Dad.

The roster that I receive via text message seems to change. I have had about 10 different staff to those named on the roster so I am expecting somebody then somebody different or new turns up. Appointments before noon are not good, there seem to have got earlier.

I have found the staff friendly and easy to talk to. They leave me to be as independent as possible but will help me when and where necessary. I appreciate any new ideas from the staff and ways to improve my well-being. On balance, many of the staff exceed my expectations and go beyond their call of duty. I am really grateful for this and wish to pass on my thanks and appreciation.

Vitale stepped in when we were let down by another carer at short notice. They went above and beyond to help us out and nothing felt like too much trouble, even though I know it probably was. They moved swiftly and got support in place for my Mum and she couldn't have been happier with the carer who then stayed with her for a few weeks. The support staff are very courteous and professional and easy to contact when needed. The carer was 10/10 and fitted in with our family and Mum's needs seamlessly. The app they use to share information between those who need it gave us peace of mind about how Mum's day was going without us having to call her all the time.
We have decided to continue using Vitale for Mum's care needs on an ongoing basis. Couldn't be happier.

Thank you to everyone on the team.

I am a client/service user of Vitale Care. I have autism and social anxiety, which has caused me to be chronically housebound all of my adult life. Vitale Care has been a lifeline for me, to help me interact with society, achieve more, and to help me live independently. Support has helped me get outside more in my support sessions work on my confidence and do activities. I find Vitale Care staff very caring, supportive, and kind. I much prefer Vitale Care, to other care providers that I have been with in the past. Their ethos and positive attitude towards care make a big difference to me, and I do feel like they are always there to help me. I am very happy to receive support from Vitale Care, and I would wholeheartedly recommend to others who have a care need, to definitely consider Vitale Care. After experiencing some poor care providers in the past, Vitale Care has renewed my faith in care and has helped me become more positive about life, and I'm very grateful for that.

The Vitale team have been absolutely amazing. They are completely professional with care, kindness and sensitivity to my aged mother, allowing her dignity at this very difficult time in her life. Nothing is too much trouble and I would say they go above and beyond the call of duty. When they found my mother on the floor from a fall, they called the paramedics, waited with her until their arrival, and then stayed with her throughout the examination. The Vitale team kept us informed every step of the way. I have no hesitation in recommending Vitale. Thank you the Vitale team.

I started using Vitale Care for my father who has dementia, he is forgetting to eat and drink water. He seems very happy with the lovely chats and the reminders to eat and take his medication. The app system for each visit is such a huge relief to be able to read that he is ok. We have a few issues and the carer is so helpful, understanding and constructive with ideas. The whole process has been much better than I thought.

Our carer has made a huge difference to my mother's quality of life. My mother looks forwards to her carer's visits. The carer's care, cooking and sense of humour has been a huge boost to my mum's well-being and we know she is being well looked after.

Vitale has really listened to us and understood everything that we said to them at our initial meeting. In this respect, they have provided Mum with perfect companions who are very attentive and happy to listen to and chat with her. Mum now has something interesting and exciting to look forward to every week as she never really knows what she will be doing during her visits until the carer arrives. She seems to have gotten her old spark back as she is getting the stimulation she has been lacking for some time - a good chat and a chuckle with an interested and interesting person has worked wonders. Nothing seems to be too much trouble for the staff and communications are also excellent.
I would recommend Vitale, without any hesitation at all, to anyone thinking about getting a home care provider.

Thank you to everyone at Vitale for everything you do.

I can’t praise Vitale highly enough. This is the second agency we have used for housekeeping help for my elderly mother and the experience and quality of staff have surpassed anything we have experienced previously. There is a huge advantage in recruiting locally for local clients. Familiarity of the local area, shops, doctor’s surgery, garden centres etc. is so helpful. In a relatively rural area, having car owners/drivers is also a great benefit. The office staff listened carefully to the needs of my mother and matched a carer extremely successfully. We look forward to a long and supportive relationship with Vitale which, in turn, enriches my mother’s life. Thank you very much to everyone working for Vitale.
