Christmas sing-along concert with RAH's dementia choirs and Canon Tom

We are thrilled to announce that the dementia friendly Christmas sing-along will be returning again this year.
This Right at Home holiday tradition will be taking place on Wednesday, 17 December at St Faith’s Church in Havant. Canon Tom Kennar will be performing alongside the Emsworth and Waterlooville "Singing for the Mind" Dementia Choirs.
