There are some milestones that deserve more than just a mention — they deserve a proper celebration. This month, CareYourWay Chester turns 2, while the wider CareYourWay family celebrates an incredible 20 years of delivering outstanding home care across the UK. And what better way to mark the occasion than bringing the team together for cake, a cuppa, and a good old natter? Our Chester team gathered to celebrate not just the passing of time, but the journey we’ve shared. There was laughter, plenty of tea poured, and stories shared around the table. We reminisced about our very first clients, our early team meetings, the challenges we navigated together, and the proud moments when we realised just how far we’d come. Two years ago, CareYourWay Chester opened its doors with a clear mission: to provide compassionate, person-centred care that allows people to live independently in the comfort of their own homes. At that point, we had ambition, determination, and a small but passionate team. Today, we look around and see a growing, confident, and deeply committed group of professionals who bring that mission to life every single day. While Chester celebrates two wonderful years, we’re incredibly proud to be part of a brand that has been caring for people for two decades. For 20 years, CareYourWay has stood for family values, truly personalised care, building meaningful relationships, and supporting independence with dignity. Those values are not just words — they shape every visit, every conversation, and every care plan we create. As we shared cake and conversation, one thing became very clear: this is more than just a workplace. It’s a team that supports one another, steps up when it matters most, and genuinely cares — not only for our clients, but for each other. We spoke about the families who have trusted us, the individuals whose lives we’ve been privileged to support, and the small everyday moments that remind us why we do what we do. From opening as a new local service with big ambitions to becoming a trusted care provider in the community, the journey has been incredible. As we celebrate 20 years of CareYourWay nationally and 2 years here in Chester, we feel proud of our growth, proud of our resilience, and most of all, proud of our people. We are grateful to our dedicated team, to the clients who place their trust in us, and to the community that continues to support us.
