A Lovely Morning at Our Social & Living Well Hub
We had a wonderful Buck’s Fizz breakfast this morning at Toby Carvery, Ormskirk – one of Radfield Home Care’s valued community partnerships supporting people to live a full and active lifestyle whilst remaining independent at home.
Our monthly Social & Living Well Hub, held on the first Friday of every month, continues to be warmly welcomed by the local community. Guests enjoy a free breakfast along with unlimited tea and coffee, kindly supported by Radfield Home Care, our community partners and sponsors.
The theme was celebrating International Women’s Day, which takes place this Sunday, 8th March. It was a lovely opportunity to celebrate the inspiring women in our community.
One wonderful lady enjoying her breakfast, aged 96, shared her secret to staying well when asked. Her answer was simple but powerful:
“Working hard for a living, family, eating well and strong-minded get up and go!”
