Celebrating Ten Years in Salford. Built on Relationships.

Ten years ago, Home Instead Salford began in a small office on the side of a house in Roe Green.

There was no large infrastructure, no layers of hierarchy, just a small local team that all believed care should feel personal.

Over the past decade, we have grown so much through word of mouth. Our team is bigger. Our reach across Salford is wider. We have been rated Outstanding for eight consecutive years.

But the principles that built this business have never changed!

Care is not a transaction. It is not about filling time slots or completing tasks.

It is about relationships.

Before support begins, we take time to understand the person:

Their routines.

Their interests.

Their personality.

Their history.

We match Care Professionals carefully, not simply based on availability, but on who will genuinely connect.

We build rotas around continuity, not convenience. Behind the scenes, our office team advocate when something is not quite right.

If a client needs more support, we say so. If funding is unclear, we help navigate it. If circumstances change, we adapt.

Recently, one of our team members worked closely with a social worker to secure additional funding for a client who would benefit from increased care.

That persistence matters.

This is the work that families do not always see.

Being rated Outstanding for eight years reflects not only the care delivered in homes, but the standards upheld quietly in the background.

We are proud to be a local team rooted in the Worsley, Swinton and Roe Green community.

We see the strength of this area every day.

The neighbours who check in.

The local businesses that know names, the community groups that bring people together.

We believe care works best when it feels connected to the community.

Remaining at home, when safe and appropriate, allows people to keep their routines, their gardens, their local shops and their independence. Support can grow gradually.

From a few visits each week to daily support or live-in care if needed.

For ten years, we have helped families across Salford navigate these decisions with clarity and reassurance.

The office may be bigger than it was in that small house in Swinton.

The team may be larger, but the heart of the business remains the same.

Built on relationships. Care led by people. We are proud to serve Salford.
