Leading the team is Zoe Gencheva, Registered Care Manager, who brings over a decade of healthcare experience. Zoe plays a key role in maintaining high standards of care delivery, ensuring each customer benefits from tailored support that promotes independence, dignity and wellbeing.

Meanwhile, Naeema Joaque, Field Care Supervisor, brings extensive experience across a range of care settings. Naeema works closely with care assistants in the community, providing guidance, supervision and ongoing support to maintain exceptional standards of care.
