Valuing Our Workforce: Real Change for Our Teams !

As we enter April, we’re making significant new investments in our people, including increases to pay across Professional Carers.

We’ve introduced a new tiered pay structure for our frontline teams, live from today, recognising the different demands across our services and environments, ensuring colleagues are rewarded fairly for the vital work they do. We are proud to ensure that all colleagues continue to earn at least the Real Living Wage (starting at £13.45), with many earning higher, giving colleagues greater financial stability and recognising the value of the work they do every day.

Alongside this, we’re introducing a new annual attendance bonus, paid twice yearly, as well as new Care Friends points awards and access to a wide range of health, wellbeing and lifestyle perks. Colleagues will continue to have access to funded training and development opportunities, supported through our investment as a levy paying employer, helping them build skills, progress their careers and grow professionally.

This support not only recognises rising living costs, but also reinforces our commitment to creating a workplace where colleagues feel valued, supported and proud of the difference they make every day.
