Caremark Kirklees is celebrating national recognition after winning the inaugural Team Culture Award at this year’s prestigious Caremark Awards. This accolade highlights our commitment to fostering a positive, supportive and people?focused workplace.
Judges praised us for “putting people at the heart of everything they do”. They said we created “a supportive environment where individuals thrive”. We were recognised for our strong culture, collaboration, and ongoing development initiatives.
They also commended our team’s dedication to inspiring, motivating and engaging staff.
