Saba Aslam joined Caremark Bradford in the summer of 2025 as a Care Coordinator. She has quickly become a valued and important part of the team.
Reflecting on her first few months with us, she says “It’s been amazing.”
Before joining Caremark, Saba was studying while working part?time in a front?of?house management role. Her background in customer service and her medical studies naturally led her toward home care.
This combination of experience and passion made the Care Coordinator role a perfect fit.
For Saba, making a meaningful contribution is what motivates her most. She says: “The best thing is that it provides me the chance to contribute in giving compassionate and high?quality care.”
Her role as Care Coordinator involves managing rotas and ensuring customer needs are met. Additionally, she prepares and updates care plans, and handles appointments and medication information and compliance.
Saba sees her position at Caremark as the beginning of a long, meaningful career.
She says: “I am keen to further widen my experience so I can develop more skills and take additional learning opportunities. If there is any chance, I will definitely try to progress further within Caremark.”
Outside of work, Saba enjoys reading.
