At Home Instead Salford Worsley, we believe that the best way to understand the quality of care we provide is to listen.

Each year, our Provider Annual Questionnaire (PAQ) gives us the opportunity to hear directly from the people who matter most.

Our clients and our Care Professionals. Their feedback offers a clear and honest reflection of the care being delivered every day.

This year’s results are something we are incredibly proud of.

From clients telling us they feel safe, supported and understood, to Care Professionals sharing that they feel valued, confident and proud of the work they do, the feedback highlights what good care should look like in practice.

But for us, these results are about more than percentages.

They represent relationships. Trust. Consistency. The small, everyday moments that build reassurance and connection over time.

Our model of care has always been centred around the local community. We believe care should feel familiar and personal, not transactional.

That means consistent Care Professionals, strong relationships, and support that fits naturally into someone’s daily life.

The feedback we receive through the PAQ reassures us that this approach is making a difference.

Clients have told us they feel safe when we visit. They feel listened to.

They feel supported not just physically, but emotionally too. That sense of reassurance is at the heart of everything we aim to provide.

Equally, it is just as important to us that our Care Professionals feel supported.

High quality care starts with a team who feel valued, confident and equipped to do their role well.

The feedback from our team shows that they feel proud of the work they do and supported in delivering it. Listening is not something we do once a year. It is part of our everyday approach.

We take on feedback, we reflect on it, and we use it to shape and strengthen the care we provide. It helps us to continue growing, improving and staying connected to the needs of our clients and our team.

We are incredibly grateful to everyone who took the time to share their experiences with us.
