This Years Great British Care Award was given to our very own Teresa Purnell. Coming 2nd in 2022 she returned as 2023's Victor. The consistent rostering tailored with flexibility and adaptivity was clearly where Teresa excels. The customers we have always have consistent teams, so they always have a known face attend their properties. The staff always have enough travel time to be on time. These qualities allows the care staff to work to the customers speed and meet every need required. We are very proud of her abilities and achievement. She is now invited to the Nationals to take on the Best Care Co-Ordinators in the Country! Congratulations!
