Zander Mackenzie Care provided fantastic support and care for my mum over a couple of years, their visits were the highlight of her day. Staff were friendly, patient, kind and were very sensitive to mum's care needs, and she regarded them as her friends. Their cheerful visits were also an emotional support to my dad. ZM Care provision was always very well managed and mum received visits at the same time each morning and from a small group of carers who got to know her well. She always had a rota in advance and knew who to expect each day, which was important to her. The ZM managers also provided amazing support to me, particularly during mum's final weeks in hospital when I was being given a lot of conflicting information about her discharge. I knew I could phone them any time and their care, and wise and well informed advice, reduced my stress hugely. I cannot recommend ZM Care highly enough, they are truly client focussed and they became a hugely valued part of our family

The staff that visit my mother are fantastic; So friendly whilst remaining professional. Mum was anxious at first, but they reassured her continuously and she now looks forward to their visits. Nothing is too much trouble and the office staff are friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend Zander Mackenzie, they have made the process so easy and comfortable.

I was recommended Zander McKenzie Care UK. I have to say I am not disappointed! I made contact and the care package for my elderly mother, living in her own home, was assessed extremely quickly the follow-up care was arranged equally speedily. The Manager and his team are utmost professionals, easily contactable, very efficient and very friendly.

Since using Zander Mackenzie, my wife has improved a great deal, especially in taking regular medication and is eating a lot more and different things. The staff are wonderful and caring, especially four members of staff, in particular, they are my wife's favourites. The staff are polite, helpful, cheerful, caring and kind. Always helpful and brightens people's day. Mum was worried about having carers, but after experiencing the quality of care provided, she looks forward to their visits.

Ace team, smashing it, for the care of your loved ones! Hats off to Zander MacKenzie, who have bent over backwards to facilitate our ever changing needs and ensure that Mum is cared for. We have been from home to hospital, to hospice, home and care home and back home, and they pull out all the stops to work with us and to provide care in our ever changing schedule. When they arrive, they have a smile, ensure all medication is listed and present, make lunch, retain Mum’s dignity, stay over occasionally and ensure Mum has everything she needs and if they’re worried about Mum, they give us a call. The care my husband receives is excellent. He feels safe when they hoist him in and out of bed. I would appreciate notice if the carers are going be early or late getting to see them, more if they are going to be late.

Firstly, I must thank Zander MacKenzie Care, for their help with my daughter. She had no care in place when her previous care provider could not provide enough staff. The manager and his team stepped in immediately. The staff are very well trained in all aspects of care and attention. My daughter said not once did the girls pull or hurt her in any way, which is difficult with her health condition, You and your staff will never be forgotten. I, myself, cannot thank the manager enough and look forward to meeting when I am in the area.

My mother has been a client since January and we are delighted with the care she receives. The ladies who visit her are friendly, efficient and kind and always make her laugh. I do not live locally, but the supervisor has kept me informed of any concerns or issues they have had and often resolves them on my behalf which is a huge help.

I highly recommend this care agency. They are polite, friendly and very helpful. I see the same team of people on a daily basis and have got to know and trust them. They go above and beyond to not only me but also my wife, ensuring she is ok and coping well. They are very knowledgeable and in all aspects of care and if they have any concerns they will advise me to contact my doctor's surgery for further advice. Trust is so important to me and I do trust all the carers from Zander Mckenzie who enter my home.
