I am extremely happy with the care given to my husband. We have experienced previous care providers who promise the world but do not deliver. Zander Mackenzie Care have stepped in and cannot fault them. They genuinely care and always arrive on time. They always ask if I am ok and if I need any help. The communication is fantastic. My husband has Parkinson's and they understand how to support him when his health needs change. I cannot recommend them enough.
Zander Mackenzie have gone out of their way to assist and provide care in difficult circumstances. The staff have taken time to evaluate the services and care needed based on the specific circumstances and provide a package that meets our requirements. They have provided a very professional service in a personal way and have tried to assist in whatever way they can. They have been honest about any difficulties or short notice unavoidable changes and provided workarounds whenever possible. Personal care and safety have been uppermost in their way of working.
I cannot recommend the team at Zander Mackenzie enough. The care, compassion and professionalism they showed towards our mum we won't forget. She was let down by most in the healthcare profession, from diagnosis of a terminal illness, so it was very reassuring to see how this team interacted and cared for her. They never let her down and when we couldn't be there for her, we knew they always would. Thank you to all the staff that were involved.
It was a pleasure supporting Mum at such an important time. All the staff enjoyed their time with her and also your involvement. Please stay in touch and hope you are well.
The care and attention given to my husband has been outstanding. Nothing is too much trouble and any health problems picked up immediately and acted on. The carers are very friendly in a dignified way. You can approach them with worries and they take these off your shoulders. Excellent all round.
Thank you for your time to complete this review. It must be said that you are both a pleasure to see on a daily basis. If anything, you make our work feel less like work and we thoroughly enjoy spending time with you.
My team of 3 carers arrive on time. They do all the jobs on my list and are always kind, friendly and helpful.
The best care company I have ever had. Staff caring and friendly, care excellent. I could not wish for better.
I have joined Zander Mackenzie Care after a very poor experience at another care provider. They have been very honest and open with me. My caregiver is always punctual, polite and friendly. She is very caring and able to adapt to my health needs. The office staff have always been helpful and returned calls promptly to respond to my questions when joining them. So far, I am very happy with Zander Mackenzie Care and the care provided.
Thank you very much for your lovely review, From our first conversation, I promised consistency. We have prioritised your health needs, which have been executed brilliantly by your amazing care team. As always, if there is anything we can support you with, please get in touch.

Michael lives locally in the Ebbsfleet/Swanscombe area. He is a family man and the proud owner of our therapy dog Obi and engages in many fundraisers on our behalf.
He has been working within the care sector for over 20 years. He primarily worked with Learning Disabilities specialising in challenging behaviours. After working within residential care as a Deputy Manager in Devon, he finally returned to his home County of Kent to work in the Domiciliary Care arena.
Michael was the Training Manager of a premium franchised care agency for 4 years and the natural progression for him was to become a Care Manager.
He joined a privatised GP-led Care provider as their Registered Manager for nearly 2 years, learning along the way. Wanting to progress and take another step up in his career ladder joined Zander Mackenzie Care UK.
Within a matter of months, an outstanding care provider was set up and continues to set the standard of care delivery out in the community.
Michael works very closely with the local community and has acquired business relationships with numerous other businesses including the CO-OP and Sally Pearson’s counselling service, Virgin Atlantic and Lidl.
Michael is passionate about the business that he leads. The ethos of Zander Mackenzie Care UK is certainly very different and it is exciting for him to be able to lead the staff team as well as deliver exceptional care to customers.

Obi is a 5 year old French Bull Dog. He lives with his partner Betsy in Ebbsfleet.
He spends his private life running around the garden with his family consisting of 2 children aged 9 and 12 years old. Obi enjoys peoples company and is happiest being stroked, petted and spoilt by people who no longer have pets, or for those that would love a dog to accompany them for a short walk.
Obi brings a lot of joy to people, he is a sensitive dog, who appears to understand if people are uncomfortable, in pain or just want to play.
He is always in and out of the office spending time with customers who would like to see him. He is happy to provide this service free of charge and on a weekly basis as long as he gets a scooby snack here and there.
Teresa has a vast knowledge of all things care. She has been a caregiver for numerous years excelling in her field. She worked for a business that specialised in hospital discharges and assessing customers within their own homes, making sure they are safe and homes are adapted to suit the patient's needs. She was then headhunted by Zander Mackenzie and made the co-ordinator as she understands the ethos of having the same carers at the agreed times. This is paramount in building relationships and confidence with our customers.
Teresa lives locally in Gravesend and likes to socialise with her family where possible. She is a mum of 2 and enjoys days out being creative.
She is a fully committed individual who we are very lucky to have.
This is a fantastic achievement which she fully deserved
2024 Teresa took her first steps in becoming a Care Manager. Supporting the Registered Manager in every day operational duties.
With an extensive care background, Jayne joins us from being a Cluster Lead Assessor from Hilton Nursing Partners. Prior to this, she was heavily involved in the domiciliary care setting which only betters her knowledge and understanding in joining Zander Mackenzie.
Her role as a customer supervisor will be to carry initial assessments and create a bespoke person centred care packages to each and every customer, making sure their care needs are met.
Jayne will monitor the daily notes carried out by staff. Respond to actionable situations, such as conversations with G.P's, Dieticians, Occupational therapists and other external working professionals whilst implementing and adapting care plans as required.
She will create a good relationship with both customers and their families members to bring the past and present together. This promotes well-being and identifies ways in which we can better their future with realistic targets and goals
She supports all staff through their care certificate and builds a fantastic relationship to all staff to cement better communication through the hierarchy of the business.
