Caring@Home Ltd has been honoured with the Silver Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS) Award 2025, presented by the Ministry of Defence.

This prestigious award recognises organisations that demonstrate exceptional commitment to supporting the Armed Forces community within their workforce.

As a Silver Award recipient, Caring@Home Ltd has shown outstanding dedication to upholding the values of the Armed Forces Covenant going beyond legal obligations to create a welcoming, flexible, and supportive workplace for Reservists, veterans, Cadet Force Adult Volunteers (CFAVs), and military families.

To achieve this level of recognition, organisations must have previously received the Bronze Award and continue to build on their efforts. Silver Award holders, like Caring@Home Ltd, actively employ and support members of the Armed Forces community, offer flexibility for training and deployment, and serve as advocates for Defence within their sector and beyond.

This award places Caring@Home Ltd among only 50 organisations across the South West Region to be recognised in 2025 a true reflection of the company’s leadership, values, and commitment to those who serve.
