Right at Home Brentwood, Billericay & Rayleigh has been awarded 5-star Employer Award for the fourth consecutive year. This award followed its network’s annual anonymised Carer Satisfaction Survey results, administered by the independent research company, WorkBuzz.*
91% of our CareGivers took part in the Satisfaction Survey with a 96% engagement score (advocacy), and highlights from the report include:
?   100% of our CareGivers would recommend Right at Home Brentwood, Billericay & Rayleigh as a great place to work.
?   100% of our CareGivers agreed that they are clear about was expected of them in their role.
?   100% of our CareGivers agreed they have good relationships with other Right at Home Brentwood, Billericay & Rayleigh team members.
?   95% of our CareGivers believe their job gives them the opportunity to learn and develop new skills.

Each year, Right at Home also invests in an annual Client Satisfaction Survey to enable continuous improvement in its offering to Clients and their families. This year, nineteen who receive care from Right at Home Brentwood, Billericay & Rayleigh took part in the survey with some outstanding results, including:
?   100% said that their CareGivers make them feel safe when they visit
?   100% said that CareGivers have an excellent understanding of their care needs.
?   100% said their CareGivers provide care and support which allows them to be as independent as possible.
?   100% said that they would recommend Right at Home Brentwood, Billericay & Rayleigh

Right at Home Brentwood Billericay & Rayleigh provides care services to adults over the age of 18. Primary services are focused on supporting Clients with physical disabilities, learning disabilities and the elderly. We are committed to making a difference every day by maintaining dignity and well-being for those we support.
When providing support, we place great emphasis on the emotional well-being of our Clients and, importantly, their families. We promote minimum one-hour visits with regular CareGivers, allowing our team to really get to know their Clients. Something as small as sharing a cup of tea and having a chat can make a huge difference to a person’s state of mind, reducing the significant problem of loneliness in the elderly.
Our services are highly personalised, yet flexible to meet the needs of the people we support. We can provide support on a short-term or long-term basis, ranging from an hourly daily visit through to live-in care, seven days a week.
