TayCare were awarded an "Excellent" grading for care and support (Grade 6) by the Care Inspectorate during a regulatory inspection in 2025. This is the top grade that can be achieved and was the first time in 5 years that a homecare service in Dundee had been awarded this Grade. It may be the first time an independent, private homecare provider in Dundee has achieved this level of recognition at all!

The grading reflects the excellent relationships TayCare staff build and maintain with their clients and how the TayCare owner and manager hold the values that ensure care is provided ethically and well. It is a well-deserved and welcome recognition of the quality of services provided by the TayCare team!
