In May 2025, Oxford Private Care was proud to be recognised as a finalist for the Digital Achievement Award by the Oxfordshire Association of Care Providers (OACP). This honour reflects the way we have embraced digital solutions to make care safer, more personal, and more efficient for the families we support.

Our innovations include the OPC Guidance Portal, giving carers instant access to up-to-date policies and emergency guidance, the integration of systems like PASS and Care Planner for real-time communication, and tools such as What3words and personalised ‘About Me’ profiles that help deliver care that is accurate, safe, and truly individual. Alongside this, our Digital Skills Academy has delivered hundreds of hours of online training to ensure carers are confident and supported in their roles.

For us, digital innovation isn’t just about technology — it’s about enabling our staff to spend more time on what matters most: caring for people with dignity, compassion, and consistency.
