All of our support is tailored to meet your individual needs.
Hourly visiting fees are for a planned duration; there are weekday and weekend/bank holiday rates. Travel expenses are applied to each visit.
Waking night charges are for a nine hour night between 22:00 - 07:00 - Prices on application - weekday and weekend/bank holiday rates apply.
The final quote for live-in care would be based on the free initial care assessment.
Fees are reviewed a minimum of annually, with increases applied from 1st April

I have been having care provided at home from Oxford Private Care for over 2 years. The staff are really nice ,friendly & Professional girls, they have good time keeping, always smart in their uniforms. My mother has been a client for the last two years, and she is very happy with the service she gets. The girls are always helpful, and although there is occasional inconsistency in what they will do for her, she appreciates the company they give her during the day and their overall attention. Recent improvements in informing me of needs has been helpful and the managing team are usually quick to respond to questions and information, with most of my needs as a partial carer met.

All the ladies that visit Mum speak to her clearly, repeating slowly and louder if needed and engage her in general chit-chat. They are gentle with removing her support stockings and always ask her before doing so. They ask if she needs anything else doing ie washing up, a drink, one lady hoovered for her. When l am there they are friendly and chatty with me and answer any questions I may ask. Both Mum and I are very happy with the service the ladies provide.

From the moment we were introduced to the carers, we were reassured and confident we were in safe hands. On meeting the care staff nothing was too much trouble and the kindness and professionalism throughout the rest of the year has been first class.
Sadly Mum had a couple of illnesses to deal with and each time she returned from hospital these wonderful care staff looked after her like she was their own relative.
When we had serious issues to address the carers were always happy to support me on the phone and visits to make sure we got the best service and care for Mum.

Nothing is too much trouble. The office are always on hand to help me resolve any issues I may have. We have an assigned care manager who is very approachable, knowledgeable and supportive.
My dad has consistent care from the team and this has insured that he's able to build relationships and trust the staff that are supporting him.
Having a consistent team visiting, they are quick to notice changes in his health and report them immediately.
They work well as a team, excellent sharing and communicating to the next member of staff coming in.
It's reassuring to know that the staff team are long-term consistent staff and there isn't a high turnover of staff in the service.

We started with the care company in June 2023 as the last care company was terrible, The care manager and her team have always been so professional from the moment I spoke with them for my mother in-laws care, she needs a lot of care and sometimes can be very difficult towards the carers. As a family we really do need them to give us updates on her every day so I have a daily app that I can see for every visit to my mother-in-law. I would like to thank all the carers for the support and care that is shown to her.

We felt secure that Mum would be looked after well based on the initial consultation visit.
As with every family that has carers come into their family home, we were a little cautious, but the staff that helped mum were always kind, and friendly and tried to make her comfortable - accompanying some of the trickier tasks with good humour.
The carers weren't intrusive, but were friendly to family members, offering advice on care when needed.
We are grateful to them for the care they have given and have hopefully helped set Mum on a path to recovery.

My mother has used Oxford Private Care for over 6 months, and we are so happy to have found this company. All four of her children currently live overseas so knowing that she has reliable, consistent care is vital. Every carer who visits her is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They take time to chat, and often they are the only people she sees each day. They are observant picking up on issues and go about their care in a very calm and sensitive manner. Having access to the care app is so important as I can see each day how the visit has gone and if needed follow up. One carer had to deal with an incident where Mum had fallen and she went above and beyond in making sure people were notified and Mum was reassured. The follow-up with managers was fabulous and they made changes with short notice. I recommend this agency to anyone wanting daily care for their loved one.

I have been working in care since 2003 and have dedicated my career to helping people feel safe, supported, and cared for in their own homes. I look after all aspects of our service, from the care we deliver every day to the systems and processes behind the scenes that keep everything running smoothly.
With a background in IT services, I make sure we use technology to stay organised and efficient — but what matters most to me is people. My biggest motivation is ensuring every client receives the highest standard of care, delivered with compassion, dignity, and respect.
I am fortunate to be supported by a strong and experienced management team, who play a huge part in making our service what it is today. Their dedication and expertise allow us to give our carers the support they need, and together we make sure families can count on us for consistent, reliable care and peace of mind.
I joined Oxford Private Care in 2010 after more than 10 years working in the public sector, where I delivered care and managed care teams. Those years gave me a strong foundation in understanding both the challenges and the rewards of providing care, and they continue to shape how I approach my work today.
In my current role as Care Delivery Director, I am responsible for making sure the care we provide is always of the highest standard. I work closely with our clients and their families, managing complex care packages and supporting our carers so that every individual receives care that is safe, reliable, and personal to them.
I am proud to be part of a strong and supportive management team. We work closely together to guide and encourage our staff, ensuring they have the training and confidence to deliver the very best care. It’s this teamwork that allows us to reassure families that their loved ones are in caring and capable hands every day.
