Funding & Fees

All of our support is tailored to meet your individual needs.


Hourly visiting fees are for a planned duration; there are weekday and weekend/bank holiday rates. Travel expenses are applied to each visit.


Waking night charges are for a nine hour night between 22:00 - 07:00 - Prices on application - weekday and weekend/bank holiday rates apply.


The final quote for live-in care would be based on the free initial care assessment.


Fees are reviewed a minimum of annually with increases applied from 1st April

I have really good care the girls are lovely and do a brilliant job. They look after all my needs. Very Smart polite friendly girls really good time keepers. They have made my life at home a better place. I would recommend them to anyone and I appreciate everything they do for me.

Due to long-term health issues I have been a client of Oxford Private Care since 2012. The service I receive is top class. In fact I still have the original carer who was allocated to me all those years ago. For me it is like having a dear friend coming to visit and helping me to carry on being independent.
All
the staff at OPC are very helpful and friendly. If I have any queries with them it is very easy to get in touch.

Oxford Private Care team are, and have been, very supportive of my mother's needs, looking after her medications and helping her with the day-to-day necessities she now finds difficult, such as meal preparation and washing up. Occasional inconsistencies arise, and there are times when my mother expresses
discontent in the varied timings of some visits and the things that can and cannot be done. However, she can be difficult to please, having quite a strong will and with increasing moments of dementia confusion setting in, so in general, I am very grateful for what help is offered.

All the ladies that visit Mum speak to her clearly, repeating slowly and louder if needed and engage her in general chit-chat. They are gentle with removing her support stockings and always ask her before doing so. They ask if she needs anything else doing ie washing up, a drink, one lady hoovered for
her. When l am there they are friendly and chatty with me and answer any questions I may ask. Both Mum and I are very happy with the service the ladies provide.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to my mum's carer. She absolutely goes above and beyond every day, but especially during the Christmas period and the recent terrible weather. I have noticed such an improvement to my mum's general wellbeing and I know that has a lot to do with the lovely

We were introduced to Oxford Private Care in the spring of this year as my mother was no longer able to look after herself.
From the moment we were introduced to the carers, we were reassured and confident we were in safe hands. On meeting the care staff nothing was too much trouble and the kindness
and professionalism throughout the rest of the year has been first class.
Sadly Mum had a couple of illnesses to deal with and each time she returned from hospital these wonderful care staff looked after her like she was their own relative.
When we had serious issues to address the carers were always happy to support me on the phone and visits to make sure we got the best service and care for Mum.
We met many lovely staff and we can not name them all but each of them was excellent and would not hesitate to use this caring company again.

My dad has been receiving care and support from Oxford Private Care and we are extremely happy with the service that we receive.
Nothing is too much trouble. The office are always on hand to help me resolve any issues I may have. We have an assigned care manager who is very approachable, knowledgeable
and supportive.
My dad has consistent care from the team and this has insured that he's able to build relationships and trust the staff that are supporting him.
Having a consistent team visiting, they are quick to notice changes in his health and report them immediately.
They work well as a team, excellent sharing and communicating to the next member of staff coming in.
It's reassuring to know that the staff team are long-term consistent staff and there isn't a high turnover of staff in the service.
The staff will call immediately and share their concerns and offer a solution.
Living in a different area it gives me great peace of mind knowing that he's cared for so well.

We started with the care company in June 2023 as the last care company was terrible, The care manager and her team have always been so professional from the moment I spoke with them for my mother in-laws care, she needs a lot of care and sometimes can be very difficult towards the carers. As a family
we really do need them to give us updates on her every day so I have a daily app that I can see for every visit to my mother-in-law. I would like to thank all the carers for the support and care that is shown to her.

My wife has received care from Oxford Private Care since January 2015, and we have never had any problems. Whenever we have had to vary the care for holidays, etc, it has been so easy to do via the telephone. The carers that attend to my wife are all so very nice and accommodating, and nothing is too
much trouble.

My mum suffered a stroke at the end of 2023, and when she returned home from hospital at the start of 2024, she needed two-handed care, and we were assigned to Oxford Private Care. There was an initial visit from the service managers, who assessed the home, and the facilities we had, and examined how
Mum would do things such as get in and out of bed, use the toilet, and be washed - all to work out the best methods of care for her.
We felt secure that Mum would be looked after well based on the initial consultation visit.
As with every family that has carers come into their family home, we were a little cautious, but the staff that helped mum were always kind, and friendly and tried to make her comfortable - accompanying some of the trickier tasks with good humour.
The carers weren't intrusive, but were friendly to family members, offering advice on care when needed.
We are grateful to them for the care they have given and have hopefully helped set Mum on a path to recovery.

My mother has used Oxford Private Care for over 6 months, and we are so happy to have found this company. All four of her children currently live overseas so knowing that she has reliable, consistent care is vital. Every carer who visits her is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They take time
to chat, and often they are the only people she sees each day. They are observant picking up on issues and go about their care in a very calm and sensitive manner. Having access to the care app is so important as I can see each day how the visit has gone and if needed follow up. One carer had to deal with an incident where Mum had fallen and she went above and beyond in making sure people were notified and Mum was reassured. The follow-up with managers was fabulous and they made changes with short notice. I recommend this agency to anyone wanting daily care for their loved one.

The level of care that has been provided for my 91-year-old mother has been outstanding.
All the staff who visit Mum are professional, friendly and extremely helpful.
