This award at The Great British Care Awards (London region) recognises our commitment to working with our clients and staff to shape our services. We were commended for two innovative initiatives in care:

1. Our EVER dementia strategy: designed by our in-house Admiral Nurse, Dr Jane Pritchard, alongside clients and professionals, EVER focuses on Engagement, Validation, Enrichment, and Relationships for those living with dementia.
2. Peer-led EDI groups: these ensure equity, diversity, and inclusion are upheld across all our operations.
