Kingsway Care is super proud to be finalists for all three categories entered for the Gatwick Diamond Business Awards 2026. These awards recognise businesses, organisations or people who have shown innovation and inspiration in their work and have demonstrated a real commitment to the fast-developing region, the 'Gatwick Diamond'.

We put ourselves forward for business awards to help challenge outdated perceptions of social care. Too often, the sector is seen only through the lens of difficulty and constraint. In reality, there is innovation, professionalism and enormous positive impact happening every day.

We believe social care can be ambitious, sustainable and values-led. That it can grow responsibly while staying human. And that businesses in care should be proud to talk about both their commercial strength and their social impact.

'Employer of the Year'
Kingsway Care previously won Employer of the Year at the Gatwick Diamond Business Awards in 2023 and 2024. Winning again would recognise the leadership and effort required to nurture an exceptionally healthy workplace.

Customer Delight starts with really knowing our clients. Their routines, their preferences, their concerns, and what helps them feel safe and valued in their own homes.
