Right at Home North Leeds, Otley & Horsforth has been recognised as a 5-Star Employer following its latest independent Carer Satisfaction Survey, conducted by WorkBuzz.

The anonymised survey was shared with 22 care professionals, with results showing 100% feel proud to work for the organisation, 100% feel part of a team, 100% feel valued and recognised, and 100% feel they are given enough time to deliver high-quality care.

As part of its commitment to continuous improvement, the service also carried out its annual Client Satisfaction Survey, which was shared with 37 clients. Results showed 100% of clients feel treated with dignity and respect, 100% find the service trustworthy and reliable, 100% feel carers are well matched to their needs, and 100% say the support they receive helps them remain independent at home.

These results reflect Right at Home North Leeds, Otley & Horsforth’s commitment to delivering high-quality home care while supporting and valuing its team. The service is also proud to be rated 10/10 on homecare.co.uk (making it the number 1 most highly rated care company in Leeds), further demonstrating its reputation for excellence.
