Homeinstead Senior care has won this year’s Award of Excellence.
Congratulations on behalf of the Shires magazine team and the local businesses of Leicestershire for achieving this year’s 'Award of Excellence, Care Services of the Year, 2016.' (The caring for our community care 2016 Award)
Home Instead Senior Care is a home care service which provides a totally personalised service for each and every client, based on companionship which fulfils not only their needs for practical help and support to enabling them to stay in their own homes, but also their preferences for different kinds of activities.
So successful is Home Instead in pairing clients with their perfect caregivers that the two often become firm friends. This is why the Shires magazine has made the company their chosen care specialists for the Lutterworth and Rugby area.
Home Instead has consistently topped a national table of more than 8,000 care providers following successive inspections by the Care Quality Commission. The owner of the Rugby and Lutterworth franchise, Sarah Slater, is proud of both the quality of staff and the care services offered.
“It is a bespoke service,” she says. “Most companies can only deliver personal care such as help with dressing or bathing, or home help, but we do all that and more. We can go shopping, cook meals, take them out for lunch or if someone is simply lonely, provide companionship."
“It is an all-round service. We deliver care as we would want it delivered to our own parents, from a minimum of one hour up to full time care."
"We match our CAREGivers to clients based upon their personality, experiences and hobbies. We believe that having continuity of care is important for the relationship to build and all CAREGivers are introduced a client prior to working with them. In addition all our staff are CRB checked, have provided six references and have City and Guilds training in dementia care.”
