Valerie Holland, who has been working as a registered manager at Bluebird Care’s Eastbourne office for seven years, has been nominated by her peers to represent the region at the inaugural Bluebird Care Awards in the ‘Registered Manager’ category. In doing so, she is awarded the title ‘Regional Registered Manager of the Year’ for the South East region.

Valerie was nominated because she is one of the most loyal, hardworking and trusted person the office has.

She is never afraid to try new things and has made Bluebird Care Eastbourne one of the most appreciated providers in the area.

Her win means she will represent the South East region at the national final at Fortnum and Mason, London, on September 5, where national winners in each category will be decided by an independent panel of judges made up from media, the charity sector and the United Kingdom Homecare Association.

The awards ceremony recognises the outstanding contribution that carers, registered managers and team members make in improving the lives of Bluebird Care customers.
