Local lady, Stacy Strutton, a caregiver for Home Instead Senior Care in Richmond, a CQC Outstanding rated home care company, is celebrating after winning in the Richmond Council Dignity in Care awards in the category of Home Support and Day Care Carer of the Year.


Stacy has won this award based on nominations from family members of her clients as she has a proven track record of going above and beyond. Richmond Council Mayor, Councillor Nancy Baldwin said, "Stacy goes above and beyond and has been recognised for doing all she can to ensure that her clients are happy and safe."


Every year, the Richmond council host the Dignity in Care Awards which aim to promote and recognise the very best in care and support. The awards recognise good quality care within the borough, raise awareness of Dignity in Care, and inspire local care workers and personal assistants to deliver outstanding care and support.


Over 140 nominations were received for this year’s awards, highlighting paid carers who go above and beyond the call of duty to deliver the highest level of care and support in the borough.
