We are so proud to say that again, we were short listed to attend the St Helens Annual Business Awards Dinner 2019. This category 'Best Use of Technology', is based around the technology and systems we have in place within our business to provide our services are efficiently as possible with the ethos of 'work smarter not harder'. We review our systems and procedures continuously to ensure that we are providing a high-quality service. Our care planning and recording is an electronic based system enables us to review the care based on ‘real time’. We can monitor call times and the effectiveness of the care being provided and run reports to highlight potential improvements along with what is working well.

We had a great night and are incredibly proud of this!
