Our franchisee of the year award went to Suzanne Janvier this year.

In my mind, there was no doubt that Suzanne deserved this award. Her dedication to self-development and business growth has been so strong this year and the impact that this has had on her team and service users is fantastic.

As well as having a strong, united office structure in place, Suzanne has used her time to develop links within her local community and organised a number of events that have benefitted her service users and children in nearby schools. This has then impacted her team of care staff who have enjoyed helping to develop these links, bringing staff retention to an all time high within the team.

Suzanne has contributed lots of ideas to head office to help us develop our service and aim for an outstanding rating within our teams.

Being a Registered Manager is very challenging and the role is getting more difficult each year, Suzanne is definitely rising to the challenge and showing other franchise managers how things should be done!
