Carers from Apollo Care helped our mum between April and October 2023. They were all very professional, courteous, helpful and kind and Mum grew to look forward to their visits. The rosters worked well.

I am so impressed with the service my mother receives. Friendly, caring staff who have really got to know Mum and what will make her happy. Living far away I am confident they will keep Mum's best interests at the heart of what they do. From the first contact, Apollo Care has shown a dedicated and professional approach.

As a family, we were apprehensive about having care come into our home to look after a member of the family but we settled into the system quickly as the carers were very professional and good at their job. They built up a good rapport and respected the wishes of the family. The management kept us informed of the rota and it mostly operated well.

Everything is fine. Everyone is polite and caring. They do their best for me.

Very pleased with the quality of the care and happy to recommend the carers.

Getting Mum to accept care was a challenge but since Apollo Care started making their visits my mum looks forward to seeing the wonderful staff. They take time to sit and talk to Mum in the afternoons as this is when she can feel lonely, Apollo Care has been a lifesaver for the family and we know Mum is being looked after, Mum now considers the staff her friends. The office staff keep me informed and updated on any changes, I would not hesitate to recommend Apollo Care.

For Dad, this maintains his independence and there's someone to talk to, so company.

The staff I have met have all been excellent. They always question medication when appropriate and I am very happy with their services. The carers are friendly making my granddad feel as comfortable and relaxed as possible at all times. Overall I am impressed with the service that my grandad has received.

I have found the service provided by Apollo to be excellent, punctual, very clean and tidy. The staff are very nice to talk to and helpful. I recommend them to anybody.

My mum finds the carers very friendly and willing. She says that they can’t do enough for her and always ask if there’s anything else she would like them to do. I have peace of mind knowing that she is in their care.

Apollo Care have been supporting my mum and dad for over a year now. My dad is housebound and my mum has Alzheimer's. They are visiting twice a day to help with medicines and to check on them. I am kept informed if they think there are any issues or concerns. There are a number of different carers involved but I know the care is to the same good standards throughout.

Apollo (South Wirral) has been caring for my mother for nearly twelve months. It was a difficult transition because, after being hospitalised for a medical emergency, the authorities had put her in a care home and were reluctant to allow her to leave without what has turned out to be overly burdensome care requirements. Apollo were extremely helpful in helping me to get my mother back home. Without their willingness to liaise with the authorities it would have been a whole lot harder. Since that time they have been unfailingly reliable and incredibly patient (and not a little tolerant) with an elderly woman of variably impaired cognitive ability, fastidious in ensuring they address issues with her medication and have, on several occasions, gone beyond what could reasonably have been expected of them. Thank you Apollo.

We required urgent home care to allow my brother-in-law to be discharged from hospital as non-state provision was available. Apollo Care responded and had cover arranged within days to accommodate his initial month out of hospital. Following the initial period, we were able to sort out an enhanced care cover programme with them to cover the next six months. Various staff members have been involved with the home visits and all have been caring, professional and responsive. Throughout this period Apollo have never failed to satisfy their commitments and short notice adjustments that he has requested have been successfully accommodated.

Apollo Care has been looking after our mum since April 2022. She has Dementia and was living alone. There were a few hiccups in the early days until everyone got to know each other and what was expected. The carers and staff and Apollo helped mum who eventually looked forward to their visits and help. She is now in a care home as her physical and mental ability deteriorated but the family cannot thank the Apollo enough for looking after her in what was a stressful time for us all.

My Dad has been cared for by Apollo Care for eight months. The carers are reliable and attentive, they treat my Dad as the individual that he is. My Dad enjoys their visits and over the months has built a relationship with each of them (even allowing for his hearing difficulties). When I go on holiday I am totally confident that my Dad is safe in Apollo's care and reassured that should any given situation arise the manager and/or deputy manager would deal as necessary. My Dad's general health has improved since being in Apollo's care and he has welcomed the variety in company, in addition to seeing me.

Generally very helpful and kind. Make sure I have taken my diabetic medication, have eaten and have plenty to drink particularly if hot. Have a nice chat and maintain a person's dignity. I chose Apollo anyway for this reason, as I had used other service providers and found their service aimed at the client - really nice people.

Apollo (South Wirral) looked after my aunt for many years, and we always found them very professional and gave of their time in a very caring and professional manner. I often met them during their visits to my aunt and was always impressed by their care. My aunt was mobile and proudly independent, but we found the staff at Apollo always gave her the support she needed. I would like to thank Apollo (South Wirral) for all the support they gave to my aunt and also and importantly to her family.

I 100% would not hesitate to recommend them.

Mostly good service. Sometimes the visit is later than wanted. Preferred 11am - 11.30am. Lately it has been 12 - 1pm. All girls are very pleasant and helpful.
