Excellent, caring, considerate carers with good knowledge and reassuring approach to care provided for my father. Informed me when they had any concerns about his health or wellbeing.

I am very lucky with my carers as they take very good care of me. They take the time to talk with me and therefore the standard of care is high and individualised. The three carers I have are all following my care plan happily. They are also happy to help with other things not on my care plan or
just go that extra mile to help. The standard of care which I have is very high and I have no complaints or concerns.

My use of Abicare Services Salisbury has been very good and reliable.
Lately, some of the very new girls have not realised they have to stay the full half an hour, sometimes one or two of them will perhaps go in 10 minutes leaving for the next care call to finish the job. They always treat with
dignity.

My daughter has been receiving Abicare services for 8/9 years. Previously an excellent service with appreciated companionship and continuity of care. Sadly recently standards have slipped, many new carers, some doing a perfunctory service. Companionship rather lacking. Petit annoyances with
house/living - e.g. leaving the freezer door open (defrosting required) flooding the carpet when showering. The wish is for regular people (not so many - 14 at present). Have requested a meeting with the manager to sort it out.

Overall care is very good. The timing of visits is very erratic.
Good communication with management but lacking with some of the carers.

I am a tetraplegic and have been using Abicare Services for about 13 years or more. The carers are very helpful and work well with another company as a double-up in the mornings.
