We have had 5 years support from Jane Caress and JC Homecare, which we have always found responsive, diligent and caring. My husband was always pleased to see his carers as they were always cheerful and very good at involving him.

JC Homecare has been helping us support our elderly Mum at home for over 3 years now and I have nothing but praise for them. Office staff and support workers are all really approachable and keep us informed daily via a handy app. They are also quick to email or phone with any specific worries. Everyone goes above and beyond to help us and I have complete confidence is their care and expertise. Most importantly, it is obvious that the support workers genuinely care for Mum. In fact, I don't know where we'd be without JC Homecare!

Excellent and professional - caring and kind. Looked after both my parents for over 10 years, firstly with a previous provider and in the last year with JC Homecare, who took over the firm. A regular team and always careful of the different needs

JC Homecare have been looking after my 98 year old great aunt for over 18 months now and they have been amazing. The support staff are all fabulous local ladies who genuinely care. Not only do they deal with the necessities like cooking, personal care, medication etc but they also provide much needed companionship to my great aunt. The office staff are equally brilliant, they keep me constantly updated and nothing is ever too much trouble. I would definitely recommend the Manager and his team to anyone who is needing help to look after a loved one, they have given me peace of mind and have enabled my great aunt to continue to live in her own home at such a good age.

J C Home Care have been providing care for my mother for about a year now and I am very thankful that I have found such a professional and caring company for her. All aspects of the service are efficient, the carers are always kind and respectful, reliable and responsive to my requests and mum's needs. The administration staff are very responsive and positive in their approach. I would highly recommend J C Home Care.

Initially, Jane Caress Ltd's staff came to care for my husband, and they were exemplary, kind, professional and very thoughtful. They also helped me personally, and I could not fault the care recieved. Knowing that certain members of the team would arrive consistently was comforting, and allowed me to strike up a very good relationship with them. In addition, the office and administrative support staff were very helpful and efficient.

Jane Caress Ltd has provided excellent care for my mother and we are so pleased to have found such reliable, friendly support. The managing director is very client-focused and always professional. Her team are friendly, supportive and motivated. There have been many occasions when the team have gone above and beyond to offer support in times of urgency. The managing director has offered very useful advice throughout, making the whole experience very personal and reassuring.

A carer comes to my home once a month for 48 hours to give me respite from caring for my husband. Last month whilst I was away my husband suffered a T.I.A. The carer got help immediately and my husband was taken into hospital. The carer was exemplary, she coped with the situation efficiently, professionally, and with great compassion. She went to the hospital with my husband and stayed with my husband all day until I was able to get there. The owner of the care agency kept me informed at all times, which was so comforting.

All my worries on meeting Jane Caress Ltd. I simply couldn't find fault with any member of her staff. My husband was treated with the greatest care, warmth and understanding plus patience.

The manager and her team took care of my father in the last 6 months of his life. How we ever managed without them I don’t know. They cared for Dad with respect, empathy and kindness and were sympathetic to all his needs. Importantly, the support they gave us as a family was second to none. I cannot recommend the manager and her team highly enough, they really are 5-star.

Couldn’t ask for a better treatment and thoughtfulness, every need thought of, and other needs suggested and then a check to see everything had happened. For example: was I satisfied that the treatment was happening; was the kettle I was using too heavy; was access to the toilet reasonable?

1. Support was flexible to the client's needs. 2. The care given was completed to a high standard. 3. But, perhaps most importantly, the carer engaged and communicated with the client in a very positive fashion. Overall, great care was provided enabling a longer time at home before care needs required a nursing home.

Very organised. Looks after stuff and makes me feel like I have a friend. The girls are trained in what people need and make me feel safe. Whatever is done is done right. Nothing is too much.

I was very impressed by the dedication and compassion shown by Jane Caress carers when looking after my next-door neighbour. They were friendly and trustworthy and their devotion to him was never in question. He always looked forward to their visits and they were a real tonic for him, especially in his later years. I recommend them to anyone looking for someone to care for a loved one.

Jane Caress and her team looked after my very elderly father in his house for over three years, including right through the pandemic and until his very peaceful death at home aged 94. The team cooked, shopped and cleaned for my father but most of all provided company and friendship. In the last year or so they provided personal care too and everything was always to the highest standard of professionalism and good cheer. Very highly recommended.

Having been in hospital and needing help with personal care on discharge, I chose Jane Caress Ltd because my brother and a friend had used them and had excellent service. Initially, the manager visited me at home and took note of all my details, background, family, interests and care needs. This allowed her to match a carer with me and agreed on the frequency of visits. Their care was excellent, and as well as personal care, they were able to assist with anything else I needed help with.

Jane Caress’s carers looked after my mother for over 10 years until her death. I lived 150 miles away, so had to depend on them almost entirely for Mother’s care and the day-to-day running of the house. They were brilliant at both! They were always professional as well as friendly and very, very kind. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

As I was under 65 when I started and not physically disabled, I couldn't find a care company who would help me. The staff are extremely helpful; they are professional and show great welcome and sensitivity to what is needed. I feel very understood. An agoraphobic is very misunderstood, I have been helped to realise my worth.
